Finals:

Much like in 1998, State College A (12-1) overcame a loss to Georgetown Day (10-3) in the playoff rounds with a 255-230 victory in the finals to win their fourth consecutive PACE NSC title at Bowling Green State University.

Semifinals:

State College A sent previously undefeated Detroit Catholic Central (11-1) home following a 320-240 defeat while Georgetown Day edged Detroit Country Day (9-3) by a 240-200 score in their semifinal.

Consolation Bracket:

Solon (6-4) came away with the consolation championship following a 200-90 victory over Rufus King (2-7).
